How do I get a quotation?

In order for us to quote we need to know the following:

Quantity required - if you are unsure ask for price breaks i.e. 100/250/500 etc.

The number of print colours - if the base material is clear the background colour is another print colour (Photographic images or complex graphics will usually constitute 4 colour -see glossary)

Material selected - If you are unsure a brief description of your intended application will enable us to advise you. (The glossary page gives descriptions of many of the materials available)

Fixing - holes, self adhesive, clips etc (The glossary section gives details on fixing available). Any other information you may feel applicable - a simple design layout or copy of logo’s etc will help us to identify the print process applicable to your requirements.

We'll strive to meet your delivery date whenever possible. If it's impossible to achieve this for whatever reason, we guarantee to inform you of our new anticipated despatch time before the day the goods are expected to arrive with you. If we have not informed you of a late despatch, we'll credit you the carriage charges applicable to the order.

We guarantee to do our utmost to supply your products to the highest possible standard, but if we should fall short of your expectations in any way, please give us the opportunity to put it right. If we are unable to rectify our error, we will reprint your order FREE OF CHARGE.

Can you supply samples of your work?

Yes. Our sales team will be pleased to provide you with samples that we have recently produced for other clients.

What are 'quantity breaks'?

The more you order, the more you save, because designing artwork and setting up the press for your job take the same amount of work whether we print one or one million of your product. Our Sales Team are always happy to provide quantity breaks on your quote so you can see which is most economical for your needs. Just ask!

Do you provide price lists?

No. All our bespoke goods are made to order and prices are based on a number of different factors. It is not possible for us to produce a price list, but we are pleased to offer email or faxed quotes for most enquiries within 24 hours.

How do I place an order?

Once you place an order with us, we will check the details from your request and contact you if anything is unclear, or the delivery date you require is unlikely to be met. Your order is then logged onto our database and given a unique reference number in case you need to discuss your order while it is in progress. This number will also enable you to re-order the same product at a later date without providing any further information, ensuring your colours and designs are exactly as your previous orders.

Our artwork team will then turn your sketch into a quality design proof for your approval. You've the choice of colour proofs by post, by email or a b/w copy by fax. We'll continue altering and re-proofing the design until you are 100% happy with the layout. Your proof will then be converted into finished artwork ready for manufacture and despatch.

During each of the three main stages of our process your product is quality checked so that your signs and labels are exactly to the proof you approved.

Do you make any charge for artwork or design?

If artwork is supplied in a suitable file format and the goods are being printed digitally then no artwork charge will be made. Artwork will be charged dependant on the type of image and the print process used. For larger quantity jobs a film set is produced and if we don’t show this charge as a separate item then you would be charged for all subsequent repeats. Artwork charges if any will be clearly shown on your quotation.

When do I have to pay for the goods?

We require payment prior to despatch of your first order. On receipt of your instructions, we will issue a pro-forma invoice, which you may settle by cheque, BACS or credit/debit card.

How do I open an account?

For VAT registered businesses a 30 day trading account will be opened on completion of your first order. The account limit will be based on the value of this order and may be raised in the future, dependent upon your trading requirements.

When will I receive my order?

When you receive a quotation a delivery period will be quoted and as long as payment for your order has been received your order will be despatched via 24hr courier on or before the delivery period. (See Guarantee of Quality & Service)
